Hey guys, a couple of things:
1. Since the comment spamchecker math wasn’t working for some folks on Mac/Safari, I changed it to a captcha security code system. Let me know if it’s too tough to use and I’ll install a different one. I tried going naked with just a basic spam firewall in the background, but some of the spambots were getting through that so I had to bring it up a notch.
I could sit here all day and moderate every comment to catch the spam, but it seems like that would get in the way of going backcountry skiing (grin).
2. If you browse websites on your mobile, let me know if WildSnow displays in any usable way for you. I made some changes in that area as well.
3. Are any of you guys using the email “subscribe to comments” function? That’s just another plugin that slows things down, if it’s only being used by a few folks I think it should be turned off. But if it’s popular I’ll leave it up.
